All employees need to shower and put on clean uniforms. They should not be able to come into contact with residents until they have done everything possible to be free of the viruses.

I watched the DHS study.. ultraviolet light, heat, humidity kill the virus quickly. I believe a decontamination unit should be built at the entrance of our care facilities. We need to keep these facilities has virus free as possible. I have started a rough draft and believe this should be done.
We really need legislation that protects vulnerable workers. For those who are too vulnerable to return to workplaces that are unable to maintain social distancing guidelines, like the hospitality industry particularly, the vulnerable workers should be able to remain on their unemployment benefits. Our leader would be an American hero if we could pass this!!!!
