I think gyms can reopen so long as people wear masks, and stay six feet from others. City pools should stay closed for the season, for sanitary reasons mainly. Young people who frequent the pools are less likely to abide by regulations designed to keep people safe
Such as the elderly, those with pre-existing conditions more susceptible to Covid 19 Virus, and those that are in highly condensed populated areas. Let us not forget individuals w/ certain blood types who are vulnerable to the Virus.

We are damaging our national and global economies to protect the few. This is leading to wide spread hungry and if the economy gets any worse then people will begin to die of starvation. That will take a lot more lives than COVID-19.
Here are my ideas:
- Assessing supermarkets and drugstores to only sensitive population 65+, where no other population can attend. This can be possible with and age demographic analysis.
- Assessing specific days/times to sensitive population 65+, to enter malls, and retail stores.
Many parents depend on child care as an essential service, and more so during a time of a national emergency such as we have today.
