Explanation of Section 5102(a)(2)

Explain whether an employee be entitled to paid leave under Section 5102(a)(2) if the employee has been directed by a healthcare provider to stay home due to the employee's increased risk of contracting a severe case of COVID-19 because the employee is pregnant, elderly, immune compromised or has another underlying condition, but is not otherwise exhibiting any symptoms

Clarification of who is entitled to sick leave

Would be helpful to provide an answer to the following question. If a federal, state, or local government issues a shelter-in-place order that prevents an employee from working, is the employee entitled to leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act?
