It would be of great value to have a phone number, email, fax, etc. that is only specific to the employer for unemployment claims. The normal routes are not working.

I've had people that qualify for unemployment benefits, but have been rejected for UI benefits for up to 4 weeks. They've taken all the steps suggested via the ESD website to no avail. As the employer it would be nice to have a specific phone number to call to advocate for the employee.

I realize the system is burdened right now, but people not getting paid is just a travesty.
