Slow opening

Restaurants should be able to open to 50% by closing every other booth or table, waitresses can stand back while taking orders or tabletop devices can be installed for ordering food and drinks, the server can approach the table with the food on the cart and leave it for the customer to put it on the table. Drink refills and billing can be taken care of in a similar manner.
