I believe that there should be more federal, state policies protecting employees that have disabilities and that are
older. I have seen older employees being laid off after 55 years of age, or, those with disabilities that are not
supported on the job. I, think, that an employee should have more protections that protect them on their job from
employers that have so called "hidden agenda." On the other hand, there are EEOC offices, but I think that they
should do more to assist employees that are treated unfairly. I. myself have experienced issues on the job after
working almost 35 years as a community educator.
