As an essential small business (50 office employees), technology resources allowed us to work from home. Now that our state is moving towards re-opening, we are taking steps to re-enter our office by creating a Preparedness and Response Plan, implementing all of the CDC recommendations, providing directions, and protocol for all staff members. We are also allowing employees to request an accommodation to temporarily remain working from home, if they fall within the high risk or CARES criteria. We remain flexible in our plan, as events change daily, however, we feel this is a start in the right direction of getting our employees back in the office.
